Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes! We do, we can cater to gluten and vegan options. There may be an additional fee so get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Where do you deliver to?
At the moment, we deliver all within Nairobi and the environs.
Am I able to pick up my order directly?
Yes you can with prior arrangement.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Weekdays and weekends, between 9- 12 Noon.
I no longer need my order, what is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order, you must let us know as soon as possible (the more time, the better) but within a minimum of 24 hours, after then your order will be non-refundable.
Help! I need to increase or change my order, how can I do that?
We can do our best to increase your order or swap an item, the more notice you give, the more likely we can accommodate you.
I’d like to order something that isn’t listed on your website, is this possible?
We can’t guarantee that we can, but email us and we’ll see what we can do.
I’d want you to create our wedding cake, how can I order?
