Cake Order Confirmation & Payment
To confirm your cake order, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance 2 days before  delivery. Bookings will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.

​Changes Made After Being Invoiced
To ensure a seamless experience, we hereby kindly inform you of our policies regarding changes to your order. Should you wish to make any modifications, a nominal admin fee may apply. Additionally, please consider that such changes may result in costs for us , as we may have already purchased or prepared the necessary goods. We aim to provide you with the best service possible, and your satisfaction is our priority. Once you have paid your invoice, it is understood that you are pleased with the prices and goods ordered. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate your needs. For cancellations to your cake orders, we accept requests up until 60 business hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, allowing for a 50% refundable amount of your order. Regrettably, cancellations made less than 72 business hours prior to the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these cancellation policies as we work to provide the best service possible.

Order Refunds
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your  order! However, we kindly request your understanding that refunds cannot be honored solely based on dissatisfaction with design, color shade, or general decoration. Your input is crucial in creating the perfect design, so please provide sufficient detail and allow us to guide you throughout the process to meet your expectations.

In the unfortunate event that a cake or dessert item has been consumed, we are unable to issue a refund. However, if you encounter any concerns upon pickup or delivery, we are committed to finding a solution that satisfies you. Please note that sending a representative for cake collection will limit our ability to offer immediate assistance.

​Damage
We provide detailed guidance and assistance for the best storage of your order in person and on our website blog . However, please note that Bake and Flake cannot be held responsible for any damage to the cake after it has been picked up or delivered to your specified address or event space. We recommend following our storage recommendations and feel free to reach out to us for any further assistance. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Order Pick up / Delivery
We offer the option for orders to be either picked up or delivered for a fee. Please specify your preference during the ordering process. It is important to adhere to the agreed-upon pickup or delivery time for your order. In the event of lateness, you may need to return for collection or arrange for delivery at an additional cost, such as through a delivery service , Bolt or Uber.

To provide you with an accurate delivery quote, we kindly ask for your address information. The specific cake delivery time will be mutually agreed upon between the client and  us at the time of booking.​​

Design
We embrace the unique and creative process involved in designing our cakes. However, we value your input and are more than happy to use your inspiration images as a source of inspiration to create a unique masterpiece just for you. Your ideas will guide us in crafting a cake that captures the essence of your vision and dream.
